In this exciting and extremely liveable context, your contribution will include providing first class specialist infectious diseases and GIM care to public patients at the central hospital and an additional regional hospital.This will be done in an inpatient and outpatient context as well as consulting to other medical specialties and healthcare stakeholders.

Further, you will get involved in research and quality improvement activities, undergrad and postgrad teaching. 

You will hold specialist qualifications and have significant experience within infectious diseases at consultant level.If not FRACP ideally, you will have completed your specialist training in a country with comparable standards of training to Australia: NZ, UK, Ireland, USA, South Africa or Canada. Applicants who have been assessed as substantially comparable will be highly regarded.
