A fantastic opportunity has arisen Based in the beautiful location of West Wales, there is a requirement for a Consultant Dermatologist to join the team and provide excellent out-patient care, including day treatments.
This is a full time opportunity for a twelve month contract initially, with the opportunity to apply for a substantive post once in situ. Their is a generous salary paid based on experience along with a relocation package if required. If you are in need of a VISA, this can also be supplied if required.
The appointee would be expected to work closely with the other consultant dermatologists and participate in the skin Cancer MDT, clinicopathlogical meetings and clinical audit. There are also strong links with Swansea and the rest of the ABMU NHS Health Board, for regional skin cancer MDT meetings, interesting patient clinics, clinical research and teaching.
Wales is an excellent location where the opportunity to have a genuine and healthy work/life balance becomes a reality. With access to fantastic beaches and a huge range of outdoor pursuits, affordable housing and a safe environment for children, this is a wonderful place to settle. There is a wide range of leisure facilities also, including excellent hill walking, sailing and golf to choose from. There are also excellent transport links to the rest of the UK, with multiple daily flights from the city airport, plus great road and rail links.

You will have GMC registration with a current licence to practice, However if you need your GMC reinstated or you are due to complete GMC registration in the near future, I would still like to hear from you. If you are from outside the EEA you will at least need to have a date set for your PLAB 2 exam.
If you are happy where you are but know of someone who may be interested, do let me know as I can pay £500 referral fee to any successfully recommended candidates.
