3pm-4pm Trainee Supervision 0.25 PA
4pm-5pm Appraisal 0.25 PA

The Role:
You will have your own office, laptop and admin support and work with the existing Paediatricians and allied health professionals in the specialist Children’s department to deliver comprehensive neurodisability services for the local Paediatric population.
- Responsibility to deliver a comprehensive community paediatric service and manage a clinical caseload
- Designated Doctor for Looked after Children
- Child development & disability 0-16 years
- Statutory Special Educational Needs
- Safeguarding including Looked after Children
- Children with complex needs requiring Team Around the Child (TAC)
- Responsibility to contribute to development of good practice, patient safety and training

Requirements
- GMC registration and CCT or Specialist Registration in Paediatrics (or entry expected within 6 months from the date of interview)
- MRCP(Paediatrics) or MRCPCH or equivalent by examination
- At least 8 years general professional training in Paediatrics
