About the Role

An opportunity exists for a permanent, full time, Specialist to join the Bay of Plenty`s main hospital, commencing November 2022. This position is based at Tauranga. A commitment to providing collegial support to Whakatāne Acute Care Unit is also required. 

We are looking for an Anaesthetist/Intensivist to provide effective, efficient and professional clinical intensive care/high dependency unit services on a shared, rostered 24 hour basis. 

If this is you, we would like to hear from you – come and join our Intensive Care team working here in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, serving a population of 260,000.

The successful applicant must hold qualifications that meet the criteria for vocational registration or eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
