We have a unique opportunity for highly motivated, skilled and enthusiastic Consultant/Senior Consultants in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
Our client, a newly built, ultra-modern clinical and research facility in Qatar, is looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants in Maternal Fetal Medicine to join it's Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine in 2017 or 2018.
This inpatient facility will open in the first quarter of 2018. It's mission is to provide world class maternity care for between 6,000 and 10,000 deliveries per year, as well as full service paediatric sub-specialty care for the children of Qatar.
Job Summary
The Maternal Fetal Medicine Consultant is responsible for the delivery of high quality evidence-based care; effective and efficient diagnosing, managing and treating all patients placed under the role holder’s care. You will make recommendations, order appropriate therapeutics and diagnostics as per the patient’s diagnosed condition. You are also responsible for providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience required

MD Degree or equivalent;

Completion of a residency program with specialty experience or training in Maternal - Fetal Medicine from an accredited Western Board;

Board Certification;

2 + years' of post certification / residency in clinical care or education in the relevant field;

Research, Education or Administration experience;

Valid professional license in the country of origin or country of practice in the specialty area;
