For this Role A High level of knowledge, understanding and experience working with treating and assessing personality disorders is required as is sufficient experience in working with personality difficulties / disorders and complex presentations. The team provides liaison, support, and information to clinicians working with clients with BPD, significant distress intolerance or emotional dysregulation that impacts on valued living. The team also provide client interventions including DBT therapy, short term evidence based therapeutic interventions, second opinion assessments, and facilitate work with groups.
