We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide a comprehensive service to older people affected by mental illness located in Manukau City, a half hour drive from Auckland.

For this role: you should have a minimum of two years’ experience working in an integrated service for older people affected by mental illness. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and provide psychological assessment, formulation and intervention. The service itself includes a community team and an inpatient ward. It is expected that the suitable candidate will be skilled in CBT however, the ability to incorporate other models of therapy would be advantageous. You will also have the opportunity to engage in existing group work through facilitation and develop new ones. There is a supportive culture and professional relationships are strong with opportunities to work with Psychology interns.
