This position would suit a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with interests in providing care and clinical leadership within a cmahs inpatient context.

Public health salaries for senior medical practitioners in Tasmania were also reviewed in 2018 and the new industrial agreement provides an excellent package for consultant psychiatrists at all levels.
This position would suit FRANZCP qualified psychiatrists or overseas trained specialists who have completed their training in either the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand and have at least 2 years experience as a consultant. Overseas trained psychiatrists must also demonstrate experience in CAMHS during their basic or advanced training (for RANZCP performance).
