We've been shortlisted for the IRP Awards 2012
Most of us spend a great deal of our lives in the workplace, so it's important that we feel happy, challenged, looked after and rewarded for our efforts. We know that financial motivation is only a part of why people do what they do and there are many other equally or more important factors when considering employee engagement and satisfaction. A little effort from an employer in this respect goes a long way in having a stable, happy and motivated workforce, who ultimately do a great job.
Being in a business where knowledge, experience and relationships are paramount, it's absolutely vital to us that we practice what we preach and promote employee engagement internally. I passionately believe that one of the most important things that we can do as a business is to create a working environment that really drives staff engagement, which in turn leads to happy staff and long term success and growth.
Being a great employer is central to all that we do at Head Medical and Head Resourcing and is a clear part of our vision and strategy, so I am very proud to announce that as a group, Head Resourcing Limited (encompassing Head Resourcing and Head Medical) has been shortlisted for the ‘Best Company to Work for (up to 250 employees)’ award at the REC IRP Awards 2012.
Governed by The Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the IRP Awards are designed to celebrate excellence, best practice and achievement in recruitment, drawing attention to the positive impact of professionalism within the industry.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on the 25 October 2012 at Grange St Paul’s Hotel in London. This year’s awards will raise money in support of KidsOut charity, the only charity in the UK dedicated to bringing fun and happiness into the lives of disadvantaged children.
