Sharon Dodds, Managing Consultant originally worked with Anna in 2001 and 2002 and then joined Head Medical in January 2009. Sharon manages the recruitment of Junior Doctors from House Officers, Senior House Officers and Registrars into training posts throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Sharon graduated from the University of Stirling in 1992 with a degree in Business Studies. Upon graduation, Sharon commenced a two year retail graduate trainee programme and was part of the management of a retail outlet. Sharon was exposed to recruitment on a large scale and this is where it all started!
In 2001, Sharon commenced her career in the recruitment industry, working in partnership with a variety of private and public sector clients taking pride in customer and candidate care. Sharon has always enjoyed recruitment and after 7 years of placing temporary and permanent candidates into posts in the Edinburgh marketplace met with Anna and Gordon to discuss opportunities with Head Medical.
Sharon is passionate about recruitment and was impressed with the ethos of Head Medical with an emphasis on quality, innovation and success. Sharon looks forward to working with healthcare professionals assisting with achieving their career and lifestyle goals in the future.
