Referral Rewards
Finding the best candidates to fill our exciting international roles can be challenging and we know that we often meet the best candidates through referrals. We believe this is where you may be able to help. All that we ask is that you recommend us to any friends or colleagues, who are Doctors and may be interested in our service. Introduce them to us and if we find them a job we will say thanks with your choice of one of the following:

- Voucher* for Harrods, the luxury department store;
- Love2shop voucher*, accepted at over 18,000 outlets throughout the UK;
- We will make a donation* to the Registered Charity of your choice.
Can’t make up your mind? There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or to the number of rewards you can earn. Simply refer more friends and we’ll give you more rewards, providing you meet the criteria set below.
How Does It Work?

To make a referral, email info@headmedical.com giving your referral’s name, job title and contact details (email and phone number). Please make sure you have already got permission from your friend for us to speak to them.

The referral won't count if we have already been in touch with the candidate you refer, concerning their CV or searching for jobs.

When we place them, we contact you to activate the Reward, which will be paid on successful completion of their first 3 months work.

If the referral takes a fixed term job for less than a year the payment will be pro-rata.

Should any tax become due because of this reward, the payment will be your responsibility.

We will always be fair, but if the fees for referral are disputed in any way then Head Medical’s decision will always be deemed to be final.
*Value of voucher or donation ranges from £250 to £1000 dependant on referral’s grade & length of contract
