Manager Head Medical & Consultant Recruitment (NZ)
Anna is an Edinburgh University psychology graduate with 11 years recruitment experience. She’s previously worked in international healthcare recruitment in the UK & Australia and in NHS Workforce Planning. Anna has travelled extensively throughout ANZ and worked in Sydney for several years before returning to Scotland and starting Head Medical in 2008. Sharon Dodds
Senior Recruitment Consultant, Training & Career Grade Positions
Sharon recruits House Officers (PGY1+) Senior House Officers, Registrars and Career Grade non-specialist doctors for training and service posts throughout ANZ. After graduating from the University of Stirling in 1992 with a degree in Business, she commenced a career in management prior to starting work in recruitment in 2001 and joining Head as the first recruitment consultant in Jan 2009 to develop this busy division. Nicky Gregory

Nicky is an experienced medical recruiter who joined Head in early 2009 to develop the GP division. Having worked in recruitment since 2001, she has worked with the NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK previously. Emma Cook

Emma joined Head in 2009 to further develop the GP division, working specifically in WA, SA, NT, TAS, New Zealand, & Canada. After graduating from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, she took some time out to travel, spending a year and a half living and working in Australia & NZ. Gemma Brydon
Regulatory Consultant & Licensed Immigration Adviser, New Zealand
Gemma started her career in recruitment after graduating from Northumbria University in 2004. She has spent time travelling and working overseas, including Australia & New Zealand. Gemma is responsible for supporting our doctors with their medical registration and visa applications in New Zealand and works closely with them to provide support in every aspect of the relocation process. Chloe’s prior experience is as a manager in the financial industry and she brings with her a genuine passion for people and excellent service which align with Head’s approach to candidates and clients. At work Chloe enjoys using her skills & experience to provide support both to her colleagues and to doctors in the realization of their career and lifestyle goals. In her spare time she enjoys travel, cookery and also runs a flourishing bespoke cake making cake service, baking wedding and birthday cakes.
