Jobseekers Terms and Conditions

The following terms are for job seekers seeking permanent employment, to confirm how we provide you with recruitment services and what we require in return.
 
Head Medical and the Candidate agree that these are the terms upon which Head Medical shall be providing work finding services for the Candidate:

1. Head Medical will never charge the Candidate for finding the Candidate employment.  No fee shall ever be payable by the Candidate to Head Medical.
   
   
2. Head Medical will be sourcing permanent (including fixed term employment) work only for the Candidate. The type of work shall be within one or more of the following sectors, by agreement:
   • Public Hospitals
   • Private Hospitals
   • General Practices
     
     
3. For each position Head Medical submits the Candidate's CV and/or each permanent employment undertaken by the Candidate, the Candidate confirms that they have the necessary experience, training and qualifications which are required by law or any professional body to perform the work which the position requires and where possible the Candidate shall provide copies of any certificates of qualifications or evidence of training to Head Medical.  The Candidate agrees to promptly supply all references required by the client.
   
   
4. If a Candidate secures a position with one of Head Medical's clients, the Candidate shall enter into written terms of employment with the client and the client shall pay all remuneration payable directly to the Candidate.
   
   
5. These terms of business may only be varied with the prior written consent of a director of Head Medical.
