Due to growth we have recently moved into a beautiful new office in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End and now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team recruiting senior doctors for New Zealand. This is a fast paced and demanding but rewarding role, which will fully utilise your strong people skills. A high level of initiative and motivation will be essential to enable you to succeed here, as will exceptional communication skills and you must be absolutely attuned to our ethos of working ethically and honestly to deliver exceptional results. You must also have a good knowledge of New Zealand to be able to promote this as a destination of choice to our candidates.
You may be an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to progress your career by taking on this challenging but rewarding role within a successful team or you may currently be a Resourcer or a Junior Recruiter looking for career advancement, and if so we would provide a period of support and training for you prior to you account managing your own client base and taking on responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle, managing the many daily interactions with candidates and clients locally and internationally and working towards targets.
