Chloe Wilkinson
Chloe joined Head Medical on a temporary basis in May 2010. She came to us after almost 10 years’ service in the financial industry, where she built up a wealth of experience but most latterly led a complaints advice unit and was responsible for researching and initiating customer satisfaction programmes. Chloe opted to take voluntary redundancy to allow her to explore new avenues – this definitely proved to be the case as by the time Chloe finished her financial industry role she was pregnant with her first child!
After Chloe had her baby, she returned to Head Medical on a permanent basis as our Client Experience Manager. Chloe currently works in the office two days a week, ensuring that all of the doctors and employers we work with have an excellent experience with us.
