Annie Nicholson
Annie Nicholson joined Head Medical as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in January 2011. She is responsible for developing the Arabian Gulf Region where we have been awarded contracts to recruit senior medical staff for a number of quality public and private institutions throughout the region. Also working on General Practice Locum postions in the Highland and Islands of Scotland. Annie’s extensive knowledge of the medical recruitment industry will be of great benefit to employers and doctors alike.
Having over 11 years experience in the healthcare recruitment sector and working within both the fast-paced locum environment and also doing international permanent recruitment into the UK, Annie possesses strong communication skills and enjoys building solid relationships with both clients and candidates. Annie has previously worked with both Anna and Nicky in the recruitment industry and her industry knowledge and skills are a welcome addition to the team.
Annie’s recruitment career began in 1999 when she joined the Doctors division of a Medical Recruitment Company and worked placing doctors in contract positions within the NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK. Annie was then involved in international recruitment and specialized in placing overseas Radiographers into permanent UK positions. For the last 7 years Annie managed the Allied Health Profession division, working with AHP healthcare workers of all grades and specialties and adhering to the strict guidelines and regulations endorsed by a framework agency.
Annie was keen to continue to develop her career within the healthcare industry and is delighted to join Head Medical to develop this new entity of the business and is looking forward to a challenging career with this trusted and respected company.
