Head Resourcing is awarded ISO 9001 accreditation

Gordon Adam, Group CEO, said “Our growth over the last few years has necessitated the requirement to both improve our processes and ensure they are understood and followed by the whole company. We are always very proud to receive awards and accolades, but like to make sure they benefit our clients and the company as a whole. Our ISO9001 standard will ensure that we maintain our high service levels by continuously developing internal processes.”
Anna Payne, Managing Director of Head Medical, commented “It would have been easy to trip up with the complexity of the registration and immigration processes, but our Registration team were already so well organised and disciplined that there were no improvements recommended by the auditor.”
There are eight quality management principles of ISO 9001, including customer focus, continual improvement, decision making processes & supplier relationships, which will now be used by senior management as a framework to guide us towards improved performance.
